Planned and executed a full-cycle event marketing campaign to promote Wedding Rentals Are My Forte’s presence at the Grand View Spring Wedding Show, supporting brand visibility before, during, and after the event through cohesive content and photography.
Scope of Work
- Developed pre-event promotional Reels and countdown content to drive awareness and attendance
- Captured and edited styled product and behind-the-scenes photography during booth setup and live event interactions
- Produced real-time story content highlighting vendor collaboration, displays, and attendee engagement

Partnered with Wedding Rentals Are My Forte, a family-owned event rental company, to build a cohesive brand system and strengthen their digital presence across web and social platforms. Developed a scalable framework translating the company’s values, services, and market positioning into consistent visual and verbal guidelines.

- Defined brand identity: logo usage, color systems, typography, imagery direction, and tone guidelines
- Designed branded social media stories for product launches, review requests, and client engagement
- Structured content and workflows to support scalable marketing for future interns and collaborators
Key Outcomes
- Increased social visibility and brand awareness through strategic Reels, cohesive visual branding, and data-driven content planning, resulting in multiple high-performing posts that reached approximately 1K views.
- Addressed limited reach and inconsistent performance by optimizing the posting schedule and utilizing trend-driven short-form content, resulting in audience growth from approximately 800 to about 955 followers and an ~80% increase in non-follower views.
